Can my team use it on desktop and mobile?
Yes. Managers and office staff work on desktop, and carers use a mobile app designed to be learnt in a single shift.
How do we move from paper or our current system?
Send us what you have: spreadsheets, an export from your current system or paper records. We build your service and you check everything before going live.
How long does setup take?
Typically around three weeks: setup in week one, training in week two and go live in week three.
Who owns our data, and where is it stored?
You do. You can export everything at any time in a standard format. Your data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt, Germany, and is encrypted at rest and in transit. UK data protection law recognises the EU as providing an adequate level of protection, and NHS England guidance on health and social care data allows it to be hosted in the UK or the European Economic Area. We will give your data protection lead the information they need to complete their own checks.
How is it priced?
Per service user, with one price whether you run residential care, home care or both. No per seat charges, module upsells or setup fees.
